Return Policy

1. Scope

This return policy applies to hydration coaching programs and related digital services purchased through siftinglivingkne.world or directly at our Brooklet studio.

2. Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your program enrollment within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason, provided you have not accessed more than one coaching session or downloaded program materials beyond the orientation module.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available within the cooling-off period for unused program access. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if extenuating circumstances prevent program completion, such as relocation or serious scheduling conflicts documented in writing.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: completed coaching sessions, personalised rhythm plans already delivered, physical materials shipped to your address, and programs where more than 50% of the scheduled content has been accessed.

5. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@siftinglivingkne.world with your full name, order reference, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days before funds appear in your account.

7. Program Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may transfer your enrollment to a different program of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. Price differences for higher-tier programs require additional payment.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
